What You Will Do
Build and launch lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys across email, push, and on-site channels using tools like Iterable or Braze.
Manage the execution of marketing strategies to drive consistent growth and customer engagement.
Develop segmentation and personalization strategies by leveraging customer data and behavioral insights.
Run A/B tests to identify opportunities for improving engagement, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve overall channel effectiveness.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, sales, and creative teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Support the optimization of lifecycle principles to ensure a seamless experience for our global users.
Your Qualifications

Professional experience in CRM, lifecycle management, or channel marketing with a focus on multi-channel campaigns.
Practical knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Iterable or Braze and CRM systems.
Analytical approach to interpreting data and translating it into informed marketing decisions.
Experience implementing continuous A/B testing to refine campaign performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
Experience in mobile app marketing environments.
Familiarity with marketing to B2B segments.
Relevant certifications in CRM software or marketing analytics.
