    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Technical staff generate sales by positioning GE Vernova technology and identifying the best technical and commercial solution. Promotes the business value proposition of GE Vernova technology. Works closely with regional sales, account sales, and business proposal staff. Primary technical role involved in the RFP (Request for Proposal) process: Aims to increase market penetration through technical support during the pre-RFP period.

    • Develops specialized knowledge of the latest business developments in their field and communication skills to influence colleagues. Contributes to the development of strategies and policies, and ensures implementation within the scope of their area of responsibility.

    • Possesses in-depth knowledge of best practices and how one’s own field integrates with others. Possesses practical knowledge of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

    • Demonstrates sound judgment in making decisions or resolving complex tasks or problems related to projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers. Adopts a fresh perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and data analysis expertise to support recommendations. Leverages limited internal and external resources outside their own function to aid in decision-making.

    • Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues. Can lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information. Strives to build consensus. Develops the persuasion skills necessary to influence others on topics within their area of expertise.

    Basic Qualifications

    • • For roles outside the United States - This role requires advanced experience with the role and digital audio workstations. Knowledge equivalent to a master’s degree from an accredited university (or a bachelor’s degree with experience in a relevant field). • For roles in the United States - Master’s degree from an accredited university (or high school diploma and/or general education diploma with at least 6 years of experience in the role).

Ability to document, plan, launch, and execute programs.     For candidates applying to a U.S.-based position, the pay range for this position is between $113,200.00 and $188,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

    Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
