From calendar mastery to CRM precision, from onboarding flows to process improvements — you’re the quiet force that turns complexity into clarity. Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize the founder’s calendar.
Maintain and update CRM systems accurately.
Prepare meeting briefs and supporting materials.
Coordinate and execute client onboarding processes.
Build and improve workflows, templates, and SOPs.
Track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity.
Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
4+ years experience in Executive Assistant, Operations, or Administrative roles.
Experience supporting founders or senior leadership.
Strong calendar management and prioritization skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
Experience working in remote environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):- Experience in fast-paced, founder-led or startup environments.
Background in operations or process improvement.
Familiarity with workflow automation tools.
Experience handling client onboarding processes.
