About the Role As a Senior Game Mathematician, you will create mathematical models for high-quality, mobile-optimised online casino games and analyse them from a mathematical balancing and design perspective. You will own the end-to-end mathematical design process for complex titles, ensuring models deliver the right player experience while meeting commercial goals. You will work closely with Product Owners, Game Designers, Game Developers, QA, Artists and the Commercial Team to develop innovative games and mathematically sound slot mechanics. You will also use sophisticated simulation and quantitative analysis to validate models and identify opportunities in the market. The role is hybrid in London or Warsaw, with a negotiable salary depending on experience. While there is currently no people management responsibility, the role may grow to include managing and developing a small team of junior mathematicians.
