As a Senior Network Security Consultant within the Production & Operations team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Managing events, incidents, problems, changes, configurations, capacity, deployments, and service levels
Connecting new partner sites
Administering and configuring security equipment
Renewing security equipment in various countries
Contributing to the identification of issues
Formulating change requests to improve service quality and productivity
Identifying and prioritizing issues to minimize operational risks in the medium term
Participating in risk analyses and assessing the business impacts of potential issues
Proposing and implementing changes necessary to resolve issues
Evaluating changes in terms of risks, costs, timelines, and complexity for non-standard changes, in cooperation with Carrefour Engineering
Automating (procedures and scripts) testing of critical equipment during production rollouts ("string testing," VSR) …
Experience with proxy, firewall, load balancing, DNS, and VPN technologies.
In-depth knowledge of proxy technologies such as SQUID, BLUECOAT, and SYMANTEC.
Experience with load balancing solutions, particularly F5 LTM and GTM.
Knowledge of DNS principles and the ability to resolve domain-related issues.
Experience with ticket management systems such as CARE and RT.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, Security, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, etc.) are a plus.
