What tasks can you expect?

• Application management in SAP HCM for the modules Personnel Administration, Payroll or Time Management.

• Conception, implementation, quality assurance and transfer of requirements into production within the SAP HCM modules Personnel Administration and Payroll or Time Management

• Support and consulting for existing and new customers

• Participation in projects to map new requirements

• Gathering, analysis, creation and implementation of solution concepts

• Documentation of implemented requirements, performing function tests and troubleshooting

• Support for the team leader

What do you have to offer?

A deep understanding of HR processes and an affinity for technology. Or a deep understanding of technology plus an affinity for HR. Either way: if you want to get to the bottom of our customers' needs, you are exactly right with us. But also:

• A completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable education in information technology.

• Extensive professional experience as a consultant or module supervisor in SAP HCM PA, PY or PT

• Very good knowledge of customizing the relevant SAP HCM modules

• Good knowledge of creating and further developing schemas and rules for payroll accounting

• Good technical knowledge of German payroll accounting is an advantage

• Confident demeanor and competent handling of customers, including in the event of escalations

• A high degree of initiative

• Ability to work independently

• Very good German and good English skills

• Willingness to travel for occasional business trips
