Senior Product DEVELOPMENT Manager Food (w/m/d), Hybrid oder Remote - 30-40h/ Woche

• Product Development: You will structure and lead the conception and development of new products from ideation to product creation.
  • Project management for initial production and launch is handled by a downstream team, allowing you to focus on product development and optimization.
• Market and Trend Analysis: And, of course, you maintain a structured overview of everything happening in the market.
• Supplier Sourcing: You will search for the right manufacturers and suppliers to work closely with to develop products in line with our product strategy.
• Positioning and Pricing: You will play a key role in developing the positioning and pricing of new product categories.
• Product optimization: At the same time, you optimize existing products whenever appropriate.

• Professional experience: At least 2–3 relevant positions, including at least 1 as a Senior or 2–3 years as an Associate
• Skills
  • FMCG Product Development: Experience in consumer goods development is a plus
  • Customer-Centric Thinking: You keep the needs of our target groups in mind
  • Analytical thinking: You excel at evaluating concepts and potential based on market data
  • Supplier management: You lead collaboration with our suppliers’ product development teams
  • Project management: Organizing your projects and stakeholders in Asana comes naturally to you
• Food industry: Ideally, you have already worked for companies in the food industry and are passionate about a healthy lifestyle and sustainable consumption trends.
• Communication: You work on an equal footing with other teams and external partners.
• Team Player: Collaboration and communication with other teams are important to you.
• Self-Organized: You tackle challenges independently and develop well-thought-out solutions.
• Proactive: You don’t wait around—you tackle tasks with enthusiasm.
