We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to manage and optimize our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and will be able to lead initiatives aimed at improving the platform’s performance and security.
Responsibilities:
Manage the configuration and day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its performance and stability.
Monitor platform performance and quickly resolve technical issues to ensure optimal service.
Implement software updates, fix bugs, and make functional adjustments to meet user needs.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and implement solutions to challenges faced by end users.
Ensure compliance with best practices and security standards on the platform, proposing continuous improvements.
Train and mentor junior team members to strengthen their technical skills.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, including the configuration and management of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Performance Analytics modules.
Expertise in JavaScript scripting, including the use of GlideScript and the creation of business scripts to automate processes.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools via REST/SOAP APIs and automation tools such as Ansible or Jenkins.
Proficiency in ServiceNow workflows, including workflow design and optimization, as well as the use of Flow Designer.
Experience managing version updates, including planning and executing updates and patches, as well as managing associated issues.
ServiceNow certification (Administration, ITSM, or other) is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with ITIL best practices and the ability to implement ITIL processes on the ServiceNow platform.
