Buildout is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in UX/UI and a strong portfolio of design projects. They will design thoughtful user experiences, lead user research, and drive quality in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI as a user experience designer or product designer with a strong portfolio of design projects
A demonstrated track record of using AI-native tools to prototype, explore, and validate ideas
Experience designing and shipping agentic AI experiences
Experience with a SaaS product portfolio and new product introduction
Strong knowledge of web technologies, platforms, and frameworks
Comfortable leading and assisting in user research activities, design sprints, and workshops
Fluent in Figma and comfortable moving fluidly between sketching ideas on paper, whiteboarding with your team, and crafting them into working prototypes
