This position is responsible for ensuring support and maintenance of infrastructure solutions and services as directed and according to QBE and divisional policy. The role will work on a team of infrastructure specialists and engineers to make sure services are delivered and supported as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
5 years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems
Current knowledge of infrastructure tools and technologies including: VMware/ESXi, Nutanix/AHG, Ivanti Security Controls, Veeam, Secret Server /privileged access management, Solarwinds, PowerShell
Working knowledge of Active Directory & associated technologies; implementation & management in an enterprise environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, and Office 365 messaging & collaboration services; their implementation & management in an enterprise environment
Working knowledge of Cyber Security principles & practices, with experience of working in regulated environment
Working knowledge of ITIL service management principles & tools, and their use in an enterprise environment
Microsoft MCSE, VMware certification, PMP, EMP certification Benefits
