Description
As a Solution Delivery Manager, you are responsible for leading and managing the delivery of services and projects to customers, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required quality standards while building strong customer relationships. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, managing relationships and expectations, and driving the overall success of the customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship and Contract Management: Manages the client relationship post-contract, ensuring quality service delivery, adherence to contractual agreements (including scope change management), and a comprehensive understanding of implemented solutions.
Program Leadership and Execution: Leads and provides strategic direction to cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of program goals.
Financial and Resource Management: Manages contract budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints, project timelines, and providing input on resource allocation to optimize efficiency and revenue generation.
Regulatory and Ethical Compliance: Ensures all program activities strictly adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.
Strategic Collaboration: Collaborates with sales and business development teams on scoping activities for prospective engagements and establishes communication channels to relay potential new customer opportunities/leads while also providing strategic input to product teams for program optimization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing customer delivery for large enterprise engagements, with a deep understanding of the healthcare provider market.
Demonstrated success in delivering complex technology programs.
Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships, both internally and externally. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within public health, PaaS or SaaS project delivery , or healthcare/research data related fields.
Experience with complex service offerings, specifically with processes involving multiple stakeholders and technologies.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to collaborate, learn, and grow.
Proficiency with Google productivity applications like Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000 - $177,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
