Job Role: Sr. Digital Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Media)
Compensation range: $1,700 - $2,000 AUD/month
Engagement type: Independent Contractor
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Founded in the mid-2010s, the business produces high-quality products using cold-pressing and high-pressure processing techniques, supplying both retail and hospitality channels. With a growing presence across cafes, restaurants, and major retail outlets, the company is focused on quality, efficiency, and continued national growth.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Marketing Specialist based in the Philippines to manage, optimise, and scale our paid digital marketing efforts. This role will act as an extension of our internal team, owning day-to-day paid media execution while also adapting and producing performance-led content based on real-time campaign learnings.
You will be responsible for driving measurable ROI through disciplined testing, optimisation, and performance reporting across paid channels.
You will need to have experience in Klayvio, Shopify, Instapages and Monday.com as these platforms are integrated with our landing page,email nurture flow and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Management & Growth
Own and manage paid media accounts across Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant platforms
Execute full-funnel paid media strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention and ROAS
SEO
Manage and optimise media budgets to maximise performance and efficiency
Scale campaigns based on data-led learnings and performance thresholds
Maintain account health through ongoing optimisation and maintenance Testing, Learning & Optimisation
Run rapid-fire split testing (creative, audience, offers, hooks, formats)
Conduct measurement testing and attribution analysis
Analyse campaign performance and extract actionable insights
Validate new markets, audiences and products through structured testing frameworks
Pressure-test campaigns before scaling spend Performance-Led Content Creation & Editing
Create, edit and iterate paid ad content based on performance insights
Adapt creative quickly in response to winning hooks, formats and messaging
Edit short-form video ads (Reels, TikTok, Stories) using supplied or self-sourced assets
Repurpose existing content into multiple paid-friendly formats
Collaborate with internal teams to brief new creative based on data-driven learnings
Maintain a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices for paid creative Ad Tech, Tracking & Measurement
Review and maintain ad tech stack and tracking infrastructure
Support API integrations, pixel setup and conversion tracking
Identify gaps in measurement and recommend improvements
Ensure clean data flow and accurate reporting across platforms Insights, Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track and report on KPIs and performance goals
Deliver clear campaign learnings and insights
Prepare monthly performance summaries and WIPs (Work in Progress)
Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with insights and recommendations
Identify account diversification and new digital growth opportunities Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners
Participate in Slack or WhatsApp communication threads for fast collaboration
Proactively surface performance risks, opportunities and recommendations
Coordinate with creative, content and strategy resources where required Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Paid Media & Performance
3–5+ years experience managing paid media accounts
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (TikTok a bonus)
Experience with Monday.com, Klayvio, Shopify and Instapages
Proven ability to manage and scale ad spend profitably
Experience running structured testing and optimisation programs
Strong understanding of attribution, tracking and performance measurement Content & Creative Execution
Experience creating and editing short-form paid ad content
Confident using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar
Strong understanding of what makes high-performing paid creative
Ability to translate data insights into creative direction and execution
Comfortable working with UGC-style, lo-fi and performance-first content Analytical & Strategic Skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
Experience managing KPIs, ROAS, CPA, CAC and LTV-based metrics
Comfortable working with budgets and scaling performance responsibly
Ability to identify growth levers beyond paid media Communication & Work Style
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proactive, self-managed and outcome-driven
Comfortable working with minimal supervision
Strong documentation and reporting habits
