Build the world’s most connected, intelligent, and automated fleet operations ecosystem — empowering technologists, radiologists, service teams, clinical leaders, and health system executives to operate imaging systems with peak performance, standardized protocols, and AI driven automation. This franchise exists to maximize clinical throughput, protocol quality, scanner performance, and resource efficiency across modalities and geographies — turning Imaging 360™, Remote Scanning, Protocol Management, and Operations Analytics into a unified, cloud native fleet platform. You will create the digital backbone that allows GE HealthCare customers to run imaging operations like a modern, data driven enterprise.
This is the end to end ownership role for the Fleet Operations & Imaging 360™ ecosystem, spanning:
Remote Scanning / Remote Operations
Protocol Intelligence & Cross Modality Protocol Management
Operations Module (utilization, workflow analytics, scanner performance optimization)
Fleet level AI enablement (automation, standardization, decision support)

Key Responsibilities
Own the multi‑year enterprise fleet strategy across Imaging 360™, remote operations, protocol intelligence, and fleet analytics.
Drive a unified roadmap toward cloud-native, modular, API‑first fleet operations.
Prioritize investments based on measurable impact: reduced variability, increased throughput, operational savings, NFR maturity.
Define the north star architecture for Fleet: cloud, AI automation, enterprise orchestration, ecosystem extensibility.
Expand GEHC’s remote‑scanning portfolio into a scalable, multi‑modality, enterprise operating model.
Integrate remote workflows with scheduling, protocoling, technologist load balancing, and AI triage.
Ensure regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, session quality, and next‑generation remote‑presence technology.
Establish GEHC as the global category leader for remote operations.
Deliver the world’s most advanced protocol lifecycle platform — acquisition, QA, deployment, benchmarking, and governance.
Use AI to optimize protocols across scanners, sites, and enterprise groups.
Drive adoption & attach by embedding protocol management into Genesis™, TruePACS™, and modality platforms.
Enable health systems to operate “one protocol library” across their entire fleet.
You own the Operations module (utilization, workflow, throughput, device performance, staff productivity).
Build predictive and prescriptive analytics for operational optimization.
Deliver dashboards for executives, modality managers, and technologists.
Ensure seamless integration with CareIntellect™, Fleet Services, and service/maintenance workflows.
Create enterprise‑ready KPIs that become industry benchmarks for operational excellence.
You own the business, including:

Drive standards-based interoperability (FHIR, DICOM, REST APIs, cloud events).
Ensure consistent user experiences across fleet, modality, and radiology ecosystems.
Enable integration of AI agents (e.g., task orchestration, QC automation, protocol suggestions).
Lead global VOC programs and KOL networks across radiology, clinical operations, technologist communities, physicists, and imaging leaders.
Partner with large IDNs to co‑design enterprise fleet governance solutions.
Stay ahead of competitive and regulatory trends in remote operations, fleet analytics, protocol governance, and imaging orchestration.
Create thought‑leadership narratives that differentiate GEHC as the enterprise fleet category leader.
Partner with product marketing, enablement, and commercial teams on launch excellence.
Drive attach & upsell strategies across modalities, Radiology franchise, and service offerings.
Support strategic customer engagements as the executive fleet leader.
Ensure Fleet is positioned as an enterprise platform, not a feature set.
Build and elevate a world‑class Fleet product team.
Establish product craft standards across roadmap discipline, outcome thinking, OKR rigor, and NFR embedding.
Create a culture of ownership, clarity, accountability, and customer obsession.
Own lifecycle management across concept → GA → adoption → maturity → scale.
Lead modernization of the Imaging 360™ platform toward cloud-native, scalable, serviceable architecture.
Simplify the portfolio, drive operational efficiency, and reduce technical debt.
Institutionalize disciplined operational rhythms: Heartbeat, risk reviews, portfolio governance, readiness reviews. Qualifications
10+ years in healthcare IT, imaging, operations, cloud SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
Proven experience owning complex product portfolios with measurable business outcomes.
Deep understanding of radiology operations, fleet management, imaging workflows, and cloud-native architectures.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
