Job Description

Responsible for developing, maintaining and integrating complex software applications, ensuring solutions aligned with business needs. Participates in the implementation, support and continuous improvement of applications, ensuring quality, performance, stability and compliance with established technical standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, configure and maintain medium and high complexity software applications.

• Execute build, deployment and implementation processes for technological solutions.

• Design technical solutions according to project requirements.

• Program, configure and perform testing of applications and architecture components.

• Identify and resolve defects and performance incidents.

• Collaborate with Business Analysis (BA) teams to understand requirements and use cases.

• Perform effort estimations for assigned projects and functionalities.

• Implement and manage testing environments (QAT/UAT).

• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards.

• Ensure the integrity of development, testing and pre-production environments.

• Lead automation, optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide technical support and mentoring to less experienced professionals.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Academic Formation (Mandatory)

• University professional degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields.

• Candidates without a university professional degree will not be considered.

Experience

Between 4 and 6 years of experience in software development.

• Experience in programming, testing, implementation and support of enterprise applications.

• Knowledge of software architecture, application integration and databases.

• Experience with version control, continuous integration (CI/CD) and agile methodologies.

• Desirable experience leading technical initiatives or medium-high complexity projects.
