Sr. Project ManagerWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI-driven applications, data platforms, and client-facing technology solutions. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring successful delivery across environments leveraging AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in an evolving AI-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project delivery for AI, data, and cloud-based initiatives
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data, QA, and business stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders
Drive project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution
Oversee delivery of solutions involving: - Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Data pipelines and analytics
Reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI)
CRM integrations (DealCloud)
Ensure projects meet quality, performance, and business requirements
Support go-live planning, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization
Implement and enforce project governance, standards, and best practices
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team efficiency
Requirements
Required Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in project management or program delivery roles
Proven experience managing technology or digital transformation projects
Strong experience with cloud-based and data-driven initiatives
Experience working in client-facing environments
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
