Requirements
7+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with both agency and in-house exposure
4+ years of technical full-lifecycle recruiting for a variety of R&D roles, particularly product, design, and engineering
Proven experience managing VP+ hiring partner relationships as the primary recruiting point of contact
