Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification
3+ years of progressive accounting experience
Demonstrated experience leading month-end and quarter-end close processes
Expert knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS, with strong understanding of SOX compliance requirements
Proficiency in Indian regulatory frameworks, including the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, and FEMA
Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
Strong ability to collaborate effectively across business functions and engage confidently with senior leadership Benefits
