As a Staff Engineer at Sonio, you will be the ultimate technical authority for our Elixir/Phoenix ecosystem, architecting high-scale, resilient systems and driving engineering velocity across your squad.
Requirements
8+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years in Elixir in production at scale
Expertise in web & cloud native environment
Deep knowledge of Elixir/Phoenix/Ecto/PostgreSQL performance
Experience with distributed systems in a cloud context
Strong architecture and API design skills
Written communication skills to author RFCs/ADRs
Technical leadership without authority
Fluent English; French a plus Benefits
