As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be central to shaping the team behind one of the fastest-growing AI products globally. You will work closely with the CEO and partner with leaders across the business to help assemble the team, identify, attract, and land top global talent, and help build a recruitment stack that matches the scale and ambition of a company serving 50M users worldwide.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools Benefits
