Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing
Proactively source and engage tech professionals in the US (e.g., developers, engineers, product managers).
Utilise platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and job boards to attract passive and active candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. .
Process Management & Communication:
Schedule and facilitate interviews across time zones.
Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system.
Communicate professionally and promptly with both clients and candidates.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for those with US market exposure.
Proven track record in either 180 recruitment – preferably within the tech sector.
Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with international teams.
Access to a laptop and reliable high-speed internet is essential.
