Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Language Skills & Core Requirements- Native Ukrainian speaker with fluent English.
No prior experience required.
Strong understanding of medical or community-related terminology is a plus.
High school diploma or higher.
Excellent listening, memory, note-taking, and communication skills.
High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and professional conduct.
Core Competencies- Ability to deliver accurate consecutive interpretation with clarity and consistency.
Adherence to interpreter ethics, professional standards, and confidentiality.
Strong time-management skills and ability to work within structured schedules.
Ability to adapt to different industries, clients, and call types.
Reliability, stability, and commitment to providing high-quality service.
Technical Requirements
