Job Description:
Join Job Duck as a Legal Assistant and play a key role in supporting a growing law practice focused on client care and operational efficiency. In this position, you will serve as a central point of contact for clients while managing important case-related tasks such as medical records and case documentation. Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and handle sensitive information with integrity will directly impact the firm’s ability to deliver quality service. Salary Range: 1150 USD to 1220 USDResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure timely follow-up on case-related tasks
Coordinate communication between clients and legal team
Contact clients to gather information and provide updates
Support overall case workflow and administrative functions
Request, track, and organize medical records
Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with inquiries
Maintain accurate and organized documentation for each case
Manage and update case information within the case management system
