Job Description We are hiring Virtual Assistants to provide administrative and operational support to our executive team. This role involves access to confidential business accounts and documents. A background check is required before starting.
Responsibilities
Manage emails, calendars, and communications on behalf of executives
Research and compile information for reports and presentations
Handle travel bookings, expense tracking, and vendor coordination
Maintain organized digital files and project tracking documents
Assist with social media scheduling and basic content updates
Complete ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by leadership
Requirements
High school diploma required; bachelor degree preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Must pass a pre-employment background check
No prior VA experience required — comprehensive training provided
Must be authorized to work in the United States
