Architect and optimize backend and security service systems within Binance’s Web3 security domain to ensure high performance, availability, reliability, and scalability.
Lead the design, development, migration, and upgrade of core Web3 security infrastructure and related backend services.
Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate product visions and security requirements into clear, actionable technical roadmaps.
Work with operations and security teams to improve automated security tools, enhance threat detection capabilities, and increase operational efficiency.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting best practices in system design, security architecture, and software delivery.
Coordinate resources and communicate effectively across internal and external teams, including overseas partners, to ensure project success and alignment with strategic objectives. Requirements
8+ years of experience in large internet companies, participating in the architecture design and implementation of multiple complex projects, with successful cases of system design and optimization in high-concurrency, large-data-volume environments.
Proven track record of leading architect roles or senior engineering projects involving backend and big data systems, preferably with successful delivery in high-scale environments.
Expertise with Java technology stack, especially Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks; familiarity with JVM performance tuning, SQL, and RPC optimization is a plus.
Solid understanding of distributed systems design and middleware technologies such as distributed caching, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), service discovery, and configuration management.
Familiarity with AI and data analytics, including machine learning concepts and Python tools, to drive advanced security data processing.
Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive learning attitude, and passion for Web3 security challenges.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate dynamically in fast-paced, cross-functional, and international teams. Good-to-have
Knowledge of blockchain and familiarity with on-chain data.
Blockchain, Web3 security, anti-fraud, or risk control system experience.
