As a Systems Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit platforms, supporting our mission to deliver best-in-class recruiting solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Implementing and administering Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit to support business operations.
Building workflow automations and leveraging Zoho APIs for process efficiency.
Configuring custom modules and fields within Zoho to meet business requirements.
Integrating Zoho with other platforms using webhooks or iPaaS tools.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical and process documentation.
Supporting end-users through ticketing systems and delivering training for business systems. Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science
2+ years of hands-on administration experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit
Strong proficiency in workflow automation, custom module, and field configuration within Zoho platforms
Experience integrating Zoho with other systems using APIs, webhooks, or iPaaS tools
Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical and process documentation
Ability to support users via ticketing systems and deliver end-user training
Willingness to use Hubstaff for time tracking
Ability to work as an independent contractor and full-time during Eastern Time (EST) business hours
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant Zoho certification(s)
Experience supporting users via ticketing processes
