Welcome to the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), where saving lives and reducing the burden of disease in low- and middle-income countries isn't just a mission, it's a way of life. Founded in 2002 in response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic, CHAI has since expanded its focus to tackle infectious diseases like COVID-19, malaria, and tuberculosis, along with non-communicable diseases and maternal and child health. Our passionate team of diverse individuals across 40 countries works tirelessly to strengthen health systems and ensure sustainable impact at scale.
At CHAI, we value diversity and inclusion, recognizing that our mission is best advanced by the contributions of people with diverse experiences and backgrounds. Our employees are our greatest asset, bringing a broad range of skillsets and life experiences to the table. We are deeply rooted in the countries we work in, with a majority of our staff based in program countries.
If you're looking to make a real difference in global health and be part of an innovative and collaborative team, CHAI is the place for you. Learn more about our exciting work at www.clintonhealthaccess.org and join us in our mission to create a healthier world for all.
