Community HealthCare Association of the Dakotas (CHAD) is a mission-driven organization that has championed access to affordable, high-quality healthcare across North and South Dakota for over 35 years. As the voice of community health centers throughout the Dakotas, CHAD supports organizations serving rural and underserved communities through advocacy, innovation, workforce development, and strategic partnerships. The organization operates a Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) and a Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) to strengthen healthcare access and improve community health outcomes across the region.
