We're a bit like a superhero team, each of us bringing our unique skills to the table. Quality is our middle name. Well, not really, but it might as well be! We're dedicated to monitoring, promoting, and reporting on the objectives of our Quality Management Program. We're also the proud chair of the Quality Management Committee. Our commitment to quality doesn't stop there, we're also responsible for the regulatory compliance program. We're all about ticking those boxes and dotting those i's.

We've Got Credentials

We're not just a bunch of pretty faces. We've got the credentials to back it up. Our UM program clinical staff are all credentialed, and we're always up-to-date with our state utilization review agent certifications and URAC accreditation. We're also pretty tech-savvy, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office products. And did we mention we have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills?
