The Federation of Black Canadians (FBC) is an organization dedicated to supporting Black youth through mentorship and educational programs. FBC operates the Students Supports for Learning Program, which pairs high school students with mentors from the Black community for 1-on-1 guidance and skill development. The program focuses on helping students develop personal and academic skills while providing support in areas such as financial literacy and networking. FBC recruits young adult mentors aged 23-29 who can relate to and inspire the students they serve.
