As an Engagement Director, you'll be the strategic consultant guiding our enterprise clients in the financial services sector towards successful digital platforms and efficient modernization.
This is what you will be contributing to:
- Supporting key c-suite stakeholders as a strategic advisor with trust and strong relationships
- Being the main contact for the assigned customer and leading client engagement from start to finish
- Driving fast time to value and further platform adoption
- Identifying and addressing pain points with tailored solutions via FlowX.ai
- Ensuring successful project implementation and KPI tracking
- Developing clear success metrics and operationalize execution
- Turning Flowx.ai’s customers into the company’s greatest asset through advocacy
Experience & skill set you need to succeed:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in account and project management with Fortune 500 accounts
- Experience with big 6 consulting firms is a plus
- Understanding of the cloud-based enterprise modernization space
- Excellent presentation, analytical, and customer service skills
- Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
