Lead For America (LFA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing place-based service opportunities to local individuals working with mission-driven organizations to advance community-informed solutions. The organization launched the American Connection Corps (ACC) in 2021, an AmeriCorps service program focused on closing the digital divide in digitally disconnected communities. ACC operates with support from AmeriCorps and major corporate partners, with members serving in 30+ states across the country. LFA's approach centers on building local talent pipelines and community partnerships where organizations, members, and communities co-create impact through a two-sided, mission-driven system.
