Our Children's Trust is a non-profit public interest law firm that provides strategic, campaign-based legal services to young people to secure their legal rights to a safe climate. The organization represents youth clients in global legal efforts to secure binding and enforceable legal rights to a healthy atmosphere and stable climate, guided by constitutional, public trust, and human rights laws. Their legal work targets systemic and science-based climate recovery planning at federal, state, and global levels, with a specific goal of achieving legally-binding Climate Recovery Plans that return atmospheric carbon dioxide concentrations to below 350 ppm by 2100. They amplify youth voices before the third branch of government through strategic litigation, media engagement, and public engagement campaigns.
