Rainforest Foundation US (RFUS) is a nonprofit organization that has worked for over 30 years to address climate change and safeguard biodiversity by promoting the rights of indigenous peoples and local communities in tropical regions. The organization supports indigenous and local communities in protecting and defending rainforests through securing land rights, strengthening monitoring and land security, influencing protective laws and policies, and building sustainable community leadership.
