Team Ingress: Data Wizards 🧙‍♂️

At the heart of Rocket Money lies our Data Ingestion team, fondly known as "Team Ingress." We're a bunch of data wizards who consume vast amounts of financial data, apply valuable insights, and manage the lifecycle of that data. We also collaborate with data and machine learning teams to roll out new models, gather analytics, and run data-backed experiments. As we grow, we'll keep scaling and iterating on our transaction processing pipeline, as well as evolving our subscription detection and service classification implementations.

Technology Buffet 🍱

We're all about using the latest and greatest tech to bring our members the best possible experience. Our developers work with TypeScript across the stack, occasionally dabbling in other programming languages and paradigms as needed. We also play with both GCP and AWS cloud stacks and use a smorgasbord of data-focused products like Temporal, PostgreSQL, SQS, Kafka, BigQuery, and Aurora. Yum!
