If you've got 8+ years of legal work experience, have worked with a top law firm, state or federal clerkships, financial regulators, or in-house legal teams at technology companies (especially fintech), you're already ahead of the game. Experience in the cryptocurrency or payments space, working with outside counsel in international contexts, or with commercial relationships relevant to fintech is a major plus.
