An agency that creates AI influencers for brands: digital characters with talking heads for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts aimed at the US market. Our production is automated: scripts are selected by a neural network, while editing and publishing are handled by separate teams. That's why the producer at our company doesn't make videos by hand; instead, they are responsible for what this whole setup exists for: account growth.

What you will do

• Grow a portfolio of accounts across 1–5 niches: reach, retention, followers.

• Review analytics every day and decide which scripts and formats to launch and which to stop.

• Find patterns in the data and scale the formats that work across dozens of accounts.

• Improve AI avatars and profile packaging.

• Configure the automatic script-sending system so that it selects what you would select.

• Assign tasks to editing and publishing and verify the results.

Who we are looking for

• You have managed several accounts at once and been responsible for their numbers.

• You make decisions based on metrics and hypotheses, not on taste.

• You understand organic growth: hook, retention, watch-through, subscriptions.

• You work independently and quickly make reversible decisions.

• You speak Russian fluently.

A plus

• Experience with AI avatars, UGC or content factories.

• Work for the American market, English from B1.

• Experience with A/B tests, including in performance marketing.

Conditions

• Up to $5,000 per month: a fixed part plus a bonus for accounts that reach their targets. The final amount is discussed after the test task and interview.

• Remote, full-time, available 10:00–19:00 Moscow time. We are looking for someone for one main job.

• We pay for all tools, AI services and tests, and there is a budget for experiments.

• Onboarding of 2–3 weeks: pipeline, standards, tools.

Honestly about the role
This is an operational role with a lot of autonomy: a lot of analytics and decisions, little manual production. If it matters to you to shoot and edit yourself, you will most likely find it boring. If you enjoy seeing how your decisions move the numbers for dozens of accounts, you will like it with us.
