About the company
An agency that creates AI influencers for brands. We invent a digital character, generate videos with it, and run its accounts on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. We currently have more than 130 client projects from the CIS, Europe, the UK, the USA and Australia. We are growing to 250 projects and are looking for a manager who will take on their own client portfolio.

What you will be doing

• Managing a project portfolio. You know what is happening with every project: where there is a delay, what is on fire, what goes out today.

• Communicating with clients. You reply within two hours, you share news first, including bad news, immediately with the cause and a plan. Twice a week you send clients a report: results and plan.

• Launching new projects. From payment to first publication — 5 working days: gather the client's inputs, connect the team, oversee the first video.

• Overseeing production. Scripts are ready, videos are edited, publications go out on schedule. If something falls behind, you assign a task to the responsible person the same day.

• Handling renewals. You see in advance if a client may leave, and resolve the issue before it becomes a problem.

Everything is recorded in the tracker: every agreement becomes a task with an assignee and a deadline.

What is not part of the role
The content strategy is developed by the creative director, and you are not responsible for sales to new clients. Your area is process and client relationships.

Who we are looking for

• At least 2 years of experience working with clients in an agency, production company or SaaS, or experience coordinating projects with several contributors.

• Able to manage 30–40 projects in parallel without losing anything.

• The tracker is your main working tool.

• You write to clients briefly, to the point, and in a warm tone.

• You understand short-form video and social media well enough to "explain to a client why a video didn't land." Experience with AI content is a plus.

This is not a good fit if you need reminders about tasks or want to create content rather than manage the process.

Conditions

• Remote, full-time, key calls during working hours in Moscow time.

• Base salary by grade: 60,000 / 80,000 / 100,000 ₽, plus a bonus of up to 60–90 thousand ₽ per month for client retention, service quality and upselling.

• Target income: from 113,000 ₽ at the start, up to 169,700 ₽ at the senior grade. The grade grows together with the portfolio.

• 1-month probation period, onboarding with a mentor, you will be trained on all the tools.
