We are seeking an IT Compliance Analyst to conduct control testing, audits, and governance initiatives, ensuring that IT processes comply with internal policies, standards, and market frameworks.
The professional will be responsible for supporting audits, validating evidence, monitoring the remediation of non-conformities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT controls.
Key Responsibilities
Perform tests of IT General Controls (ITGC) and Quality Management System (QMS) controls;
Validate controls related to access management, change management, information security, and IT operations;
Support internal and external audits by collecting and validating evidence;
Monitor action plans and the remediation of non-conformities;
Prepare compliance reports and indicators;
Support the review of policies, procedures, and internal controls;
Collaborate with the IT, Information Security, Audit, and Compliance teams to improve processes.
Experience in IT Compliance, IT Audit, or IT General Controls (ITGC);
Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, ITGC, and ISP;
Experience with control testing, evidence management, and audits;
Familiarity with controls related to:
Access Management (IAM);
Change Management;
Information Security;
Continuity and Resilience;
Strong analytical and communication skills. Distinguishing Qualities
Certifications:
CISA;
CRISC;
ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
Knowledge of:
GRC;
Splunk;
Evidence management tools;
Vulnerability Management;
Power BI.
