This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO – operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago (and currently a global team of 250).
We have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Fullstack (React JS) Developer in an ecommerce businesses, as well as exposure to agentic workflows and Claude, to join our clients existing dev team based in Manila and onshore in Australia.
Our client is a leading , well known, Australian and New Zealand electronics retail company, with over 120+ stores in both Australia and New Zealand, and 3000 onshore employees.

What You'll Do:
Collaborate, innovate, and work within a small yet fierce product team, with the opportunity to lead and develop new ways of working
Design, develop, and deploy features that make our users' lives as smooth as possible utilising ReactJS, NextJS & NodeJS.
Dive into the depths of databases, APIs, and frameworks
Troubleshoot and engage in the QA process
What We're Seeking:
5+ years of web development experience
Fluent in ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS
Exposure to agentic workflows and Claude
Experience working within a ecomm business preferred
An innovation addict who stays up-to-date with the latest tech trends
