About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled 2D/3D Animator to create a series of three short videos, each approximately two minutes long. The videos will feature slick, simple 2D animation with some scenes incorporating 3D elements imported from Blender. The ideal candidate has experience in both 2D and 3D animation, with a minimalist yet polished design style.
This project is suited for an animator who can deliver clean, professional work within a tight deadline, while collaborating closely with the creative team to achieve the desired vision.
Responsibilities:
- Design and animate three 2-minute videos, primarily focused on 2D animation with the incorporation of 3D elements as needed.
- Create slick, simple, and visually engaging animations that align with the overall creative vision and tone.
- Import and integrate pre-designed 3D assets from Blender into the 2D animation scenes seamlessly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in 2D animation with a portfolio showcasing clean, simple designs and slick animation.
- Experience using animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom, or similar software for 2D work.
- Proficiency with Blender for 3D animation and experience integrating 3D assets into 2D animation.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, scene composition, and design aesthetics.
