This is a talent pool listing for experienced 3D Artists. INDG is continuously building a network of talented 3D Artists with extensive backgrounds in product advertising. We welcome artists whose strengths lie in modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, animation, or rendering. We are also interested in Compositing Artists experienced in product visualization and/or automotive work with strong skills in Nuke and After Effects.

Contribute to various stages of 3D content creation: modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, animation, and/or rendering
Collaborate with artists, creatives, and project managers to deliver high-end visuals
Work with different pipelines depending on project requirements and software environments
Propose and implement improvements in visual quality, efficiency, or workflows across 3D production
Stay aligned with quality benchmarks and delivery standards
Professional experience with 3D software such as 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, V-Ray, Redshift, or Clo3D
Strong portfolio demonstrating skill and attention to detail across the 3D process
Understanding of form, light, texture, and visual storytelling in a 3D context
Familiarity with integrating 3D elements in live-action footage
Ability to work in a structured, team-oriented environment
Excellent English communication skills
