Your role at VBA:

As the Scheduling Manager, you will manage the day-to-day scheduling department functions, including leading the team that creates and coordinates weekly schedules for our therapists and clients, matching them together based on location and therapy needs. If you have high-volume scheduling experience, are a natural leader, and enjoy ‘putting the pieces of the puzzle together’, you’ll thrive in this role.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Ensuring clients are scheduled with the appropriate therapist and at the correct location, based on both parties’ weekly availability and staffing needs
  • Entering client and staff availability within our scheduling software platform, modifying and updating schedules as necessary
  • Providing schedule updates with families and staff as needed via phone, text and/or email
  • Evaluating current and future staffing needs, frequently checking in with VBA’s recruiting team regarding these needs
  • Tracking and reporting on critical department and organizational metrics
  • Completing special projects and other duties as assigned
  • And most importantly, you’ll play an essential role in helping kids with autism receive life-changing therapy services.

Why VBA?

  • 100% remote work environment, with individualized, one-on-one training
  • Competitive wages, with opportunity for pay increases and career advancement
  • Paid Time/Sick Time Off
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage, with Flexible Spending Account
  • Life Insurance; 401k with company match

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of related experience (ABA scheduling is highly desired, but not required!)
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage staff
  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and deliver accurate results while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite, and easily able to learn new software systems
  • Availability to work Pacific Standard Time business hours
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination is required

Our commitment to you:

We work hard to identify, train, and retain top talent because great staff are hard to find! We provide extensive opportunities for mentoring and comprehensive professional development to ensure we retain the best staff. With VBA, you’ll help change the future for our clients, while gaining invaluable skills and experiences that will fuel your career.
