Job Description

The Account Director role is a client-facing position within the Client Services team. This role focuses on leading key client relationships and attending to account management needs such as leading meetings, developing proposals and statements of work, and effectively communicating with the client. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, the Account Director is a proactive member of the team helping to identify growth opportunities for clients, with the assistance of the Sr. Director or Vice President, before they identify a need or gap themselves.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service for their accounts while supporting the high-quality, efficient delivery of Brado services in the form of the Brado ONE System (insight-driven digital activation services) and Platform (technology subscription).

While this is a remote position, ideal candidates will live within commuting distance of one of our collaboration centers in St. Louis or the Dallas/Ft. Worth areas, so they can be on-site with teams regularly.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Support portfolio growth on a cadence of 15% growth year over year.
  • Support profitability with a goal of 20% profit margin for all client accounts.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Demonstrates understanding of the Brado system and Platform offering and delivery.
  • Reviews reporting and client deliverables.
  • Replies promptly to client communications.
  • Crafts statements of work and proposals.
  • Communicates with the internal team about client requests and timelines.
  • Takes accurate, concise meeting notes.
  • Provides accurate, timely updates on the state of accounts.
  • Reports on sales forecasting and projections.
  • Manage and support compliance with all company or job specific trainings for all employees and vendors working on your team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant account management experience at a marketing agency.
  • Experience managing digital marketing clients is preferred.

  • Adhere with all Brado and client required training and guidelines for market research and healthcare industry regulations and laws. Specifically (but not limited to) Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Healthcare Providers (HCPs) processes and reporting, Ethics, Confidentiality, Data Privacy / Security and Harassment.
