About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced individual to own the sales pipeline for the growing Thailand business. The ideal candidate has experience in building, connecting and creating new business opportunities with existing clients and also from the ground up.
You are customer focused, metrics-driven, and embrace a consultative sales philosophy. Our customers are often database engineers, application owners, software engineering leaders, product managers, entrepreneurs, and line of business owners.
You will support your team by helping them build and progress the pipeline, work across functions (Finance, Marketing, Product, Legal) to execute complex deals and lead strategic internal and external meetings to achieve the business metrics as set upon by the company.

Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales at an established enterprise software or data solution company or company with mature cloud offerings (AWS/Azure/GCP, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in Thailand Enterprise Market.
  • A deal closer with a track record of winning large deals.
  • Establish distribution partnerships to accelerate product sales in the Thailand market
  • Strong self-starter and willingness to strive in a startup environment
  • Someone with a highly inclusive style who values and celebrates diversity within teams.
  • Experience with Database technology will be optional but strongly preferred;
  • Fluency in English is required, and fluency in Mandarin or additional South East Asia language(s) is a plus.
