About the RoleThis company is looking for a highly driven Account Executive to help expand their presence in Latin America. This is a full-cycle sales role responsible for owning the process from prospecting through closing. The role is remote but requires someone who is comfortable meeting prospects in person if needed, attending events, and building strong face-to-face relationships with clients. You will work directly with prospects to understand their needs, guide them through the buying process, and close new business. Implementation and ongoing account management are handled by dedicated teams, allowing you to focus on new revenue generation.• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and events
Qualify opportunities and run effective discovery conversations with potential clients
Build relationships with decision makers and guide them through the evaluation process
Manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities and maintain clear next steps for each deal
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand offs once deals are closed
Represent the company at local events, meetings, and industry gatherings
Develop relationships with companies hiring globally and help them adopt the company’s platform
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, fin-tech, HR tech, or payroll platforms
Ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities and consistently generate new leads
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and building your own pipeline
Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
Experience closing multiple deals per month in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
