As part of our sales team, you’ll help companies discover, prioritize, and scale Agentic AI use cases. You’ll acquire new customers and grow existing accounts by helping them rethink and implement their customer experience with Agentic AI. You’re not just selling implementation services and SaaS—you’re selling transformation.
Your Responsibilities
New Business Development: You’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle—from pipeline generation to closing deals—with a clear focus on acquiring new customers.
Strategic Deal Execution: You’ll manage complex, multi-stage sales processes, including RFPs, proposals, business cases, and negotiations with key decision-makers.
Consultative Selling: You’ll act as a consultant, identifying relevant use cases and developing tailored implementation approaches that create measurable value for our customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ll work closely with our delivery team, the sales team, and our technical partners for agent-based AI solutions to ensure a cohesive overall technical, procedural, and commercial concept.
Your Profile
A successfully completed college degree.
Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, sales, or consulting (ideally in SaaS technologies).
Hands-on experience with structured B2B sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or comparable enterprise frameworks.
You’re passionate about digital innovation and AI, especially when it comes to reimagining customer communication.
You possess a high degree of precision, take initiative with a hands-on mindset, and have a business-oriented approach.
You can inspire others, enjoy giving presentations, and communicate confidently in both German and English.
