Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Lead Generation:Identifyand research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new business opportunities.
Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting how our software solutions meet their business needs.
Customer Engagement: Build andmaintainstrong relationships with prospective customers, understanding their pain points and offering customized solutions.
Pipeline Management: Effectively manage andmaintaina robust sales pipeline, frominitialcontact to closing.
Negotiation and Closing: Manage contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and close deals to secure new customers.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts, maximize sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competition, and evolving customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
CRM Management:UtilizeCRM software to track leads, opportunities, and activities, ensuringaccurateand up-to-date records.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven Sales Experience:3+ years of experience in software sales, with a focus on new customer acquisition.
Track Record:Demonstratedability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of software products, technology, and how software solutions can address business challenges.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport andmaintainlong-term relationships.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but notrequired.
Additional Skills(Preferred but not Required):
Experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales.
Understanding of industry verticals such as finance, healthcare, or retail.
Familiarity with modern sales techniques such as SPIN, Challenger Sales, or Consultative Selling.
Experience working forstart-up company or meeting sales goals fornewly createdproducts or software packages.
