Position : Account Manager

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 - 5 PM EDT

Salary Range : $1,300 - $1,600/ month

We are a full-service bookkeeping company suited for small businesses. Whether a business needs their books set up, cleaned up, or maintained, we are here to take the daily bookkeeping tasks of running a small business off your plate so management can focus on day to day operations.

About the role:

We are an accounting firm with over 20 clients. We have bookkeepers handling data entry, and we need an Account Manager to oversee client accounting and assist with month-end processes. This role involves reaching out to clients for necessary information or questions, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of their accounts. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, excellent customer service, and a team-oriented approach to help maintain our high standards of service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and ensure top-notch customer service.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in all interactions.
  • Coordinate with team members and clients to meet project deadlines.
  • Handle email communications with clients and team members promptly and professionally.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Knowledge of Restaurant / SAGE software.
  • Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proven customer service expertise.
