Responsibilities include ownership of client movement through service delivery, developing understanding of company strategies, primary point of contact for client communication, and ownership over client performance and outcomes. Requires native fluency in American English, minimum 2 years experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, 2 years experience with paid ads on Amazon or Google, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with spreadsheets and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
