Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing, planning and executing sold client promotions while being a liaison between clients, sales and internal operational teams. The position handles several custom promotions at varying implementation stages with multiple client contacts simultaneously. The position requires creative input on idea generation, promotion design and client execution strategies according to the offerings and abilities of Fandango Rewards and it’s suite of promotional products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the sales team to manage the execution of programs.
  • Execute program components in internal and external systems.
  • Prioritize tasks for multiple promotions in various stages while effectively managing all other responsibilities.
  • Review client promotion materials and distribute to the appropriate departments and/or functional groups (production, legal, operations, accounting, and network relations) when necessary to complete all necessary internal processes.
  • Complete initial contract and facilitate contract negotiations between client, finance, legal, sales and marketing, and operations.
  • Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
  • Understand full user experience of custom promotions and draft copy for all deliverables.
  • Maintain awareness of each department’s responsibilities and facilitate communication between each department. Responsible for contact with high-level clients.
  • Perform quality control on promotions throughout the lifecycle to ensure the requirements and standards are implemented.
  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with promotions.
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to monitor multiple programs, their contacts and the sales executives.
  • Maintain program records to accurately reflect the current disposition of active programs.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate possesses 3+ years’ experience working in a sales support, project management, or event planning environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at one time.
  • Works well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proven professional experience in client interaction and a clear understanding of national brand needs and relations.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with all areas of the Company and all levels of management.
  • Exceptional email and telephone communication skills necessary.
  • Candidates must display the ability to develop a thorough understanding of the Company's products, client base, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with CRM Software.
  • Able to exercise discretion and keep the strictest levels of confidentiality.
  • Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined at the company’s sole discretion.
  • Must be prepared and willing to work extended hours, including occasional weekends and holidays, especially during peak periods.

  • Fully Remote: This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence.
